
• make a list of honorable people, places, or things to meditate on like charities and benefits followed by stretching and yoga exercises
• visit geographical locations where acts of bravery have happened and take a brief moment of silence to commemorate them followed by a memorial walk
• eat a memorial good snack a banana instead of a donut for someone in need
• Sing the Star Spangled Banner at a local athletic event in honor of our Country
• attend a veteran’s day program after lifting a few weights nearby
• wave your arms emphatically during July 4th fireworks celebration
• sit then stand up as much as possible when listening to an inspirational speech
• join in when a beatification event happens in your community ( litter pickup)
• register as a volunteer for a 5K that is raising funds for a special charity
• donate you shoes to runner’s market then purchase some new ones to run your first 5K
